Delivery
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Our standard delivery time is within four to eight days. All orders are shipped via UPS express delivery and via TNT for the Italian destinations. A tracking number will be emailed once the shipping label has been created. Your purchase will be delivered at Your door, remember to leave us the intercom name and a phone number may be needed to the driver.
Please allow 24h from the time you receive the tracking number for any transit data to be updated.
Take care about the delivery as at the third time the driver won’t be able to find anyone at the final address, Your purchase will come back to the wearehouse and so on You’ll have to pay again the delivery costs.
Rarely shipping companies can have delays or custom problems, it will be on our hands to make it quicker for You.
Shipping charges will be invoiced according to the following chart:

Custom or import duties, or other local or state taxes may be due.
These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of Diverso.
They will be at the expense of the final customer and under its full responsibility, both in terms of custom declaration and payments to the competent authorities / bodies of Your country.
No deliveries will be made at weekends or on public holidays. We cannot accept liability for late deliveries. (No postage refunds for late deliveries.)
